Interactive Group partnership with Tait Communications Flourishes

Introduction

Interactive Group Pty Limited (“IG”), a software & services company focused on improving real-time insights and creating operational efficiencies in communications solutions, embarked on a global technology partnership with Tait Communications (Tait) in 2019.

The Partnership

This partnership has seen Tait customers worldwide, benefit from a new level of customer service and support capability. Class leading real-time data management and visualisation platforms from IG continue to significantly extend and enhance the Tait solutions for network monitoring and management.

Tait and IG are focused on empowering organisations and their employees to better understand the operational performance of their networks, track trends and efficiencies, and by doing so, improve individual team and organisation performance.

The Scope

IG’s software and services help customers to:

  1. Move from ‘reactive’ past ‘proactive’, towards ‘predictive’ Service Management
  2. Reduce costly service incidents
  3. Reduce Service Management reporting
  4. Automate Capacity Planning & Alerts
  5. Identify issues before they become problems

The Outcomes

Since the partnership was announced, nearly 40 Tait clients have purchased the solution, from small to very large, P25 and Dmr Tier 3, in many different industries and countries across the globe.

The Future

As market feedback continues to drive the capability and accuracy of information available from Tait networks, IG has responded with improvements to the performance and breadth of service available through it's software solutions, including new modules for O H & S (Duress & Tracking) and Operational Assets (OA) management which are critical to effective management of Tait networks.
